Heng Huat 72 is one of Singapore’s leading construction company known for our profession in high-end residential and commercial projects. Led by Directors Mr Chen Guo Qiang, he and his company achieve today’s height through dedicated spirit for the past two decades in the construction industry.
Founded in 2008, Heng Huat 72 has experienced significant growth and success within the construction industry. Starting from a modest 300 square feet office with a team of 5 , the company has expanded remarkably over the past 17 years . This growth culminates in now owning a 4-story company building spanning 9000 square feet, housing a dedicated team of over 50 employees. Since its inception, Heng Huat 72 has successfully completed more than 150 diverse projects. Our skilled team, comprising experienced project coordinators, meticulous quantity surveyors, and innovative interior designers, possesses the comprehensive knowledge and expertise to deliver a full spectrum of construction solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

Our Story
2008: The Foundation of Expertise
Leveraging years of accumulated experience in the construction industry, Chen established Heng Huat 72, bringing with him a dedicated team of 5 individuals who had previously worked under his leadership.Our initial projects laid the groundwork for our future success, focusing on the construction and renovation of bungalows and essential community spaces such as childcare buildings.
2013: Building Dreams, Expanding Horizons
A significant milestone was achieved with the successful completion of our first newly built bungalow, showcasing our growing capabilities in ground-up construction.Recognizing new opportunities, we expanded our service portfolio to include commercial renovation projects, demonstrating our adaptability and broadening our reach within the market.
2018: Cultivating Trust and Design Excellence
Through consistent dedication to quality and client satisfaction, Heng Huat 72 garnered increasing recognition and positive feedback within the industry.This period marked the maturation of our in-house design team, whose talent and expertise became a cornerstone of our ability to offer comprehensive and creative solutions.
2022: A New Chapter: Ownership and Enhanced Capabilities
Demonstrating our commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to industry standards, Heng Huat 72 progressed to a Construction in C1 grading under BCA (Building and Construction Authority) standards, a significant advancement from our initial C3 grading, reflecting enhanced capabilities in project execution and management.
